Taaj

Studio Owner, RYT-500 Yoga Teacher,  Holistic Wellness Consultant, Retreat Architect

Taaj Taylor is a dynamic wellness professional who brings a multifaceted approach to health, healing, and personal transformation. As the owner of Ital Life Wellness, Taaj combines her expertise as an RYT-500 Yoga Teacher, Holistic Wellness Consultant, and Retreat Architect to guide individuals toward balance and vitality in every aspect of their lives. With a focus on mindful alignment and accessibility, Taaj’s yoga classes—spanning Vinyasa, Yin, Hatha, and Yoga Nidra—empower students to honor their unique paths, building both physical strength and inner peace. She believes in the transformative power of consistent practice to cultivate wellness on and off the mat. As a Holistic Wellness Consultant, Taaj curates personalized wellness plans that nurture the body, mind, and spirit, helping clients integrate sustainable habits for long-term vitality. She specializes in providing tailored guidance through wellness programs, workshops, and digital resources, offering actionable tools and insights for lasting transformation. In her role as a Retreat Architect, Taaj designs bespoke, transformative retreat experiences that provide a holistic journey for mind, body, and soul. With attention to every detail, she creates immersive spaces for personal growth and healing, whether in-person or online. Kayla

ERYT-700 Yoga Teacher

Kayla is dedicated to sharing tools that elevate and enrich the human experience. With nearly 15 years of immersion in diverse practices, she fosters growth, healing, and connection through her teaching and workshops. Kayla holds over 700 hours of certifications in Yoga and Meditation and is a graduate of The Natural Epicurean’s Professional Chef Program, specializing in Ayurveda and Macrobiotics. She is also a certified Barre instructor. Her teaching includes Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, and Restorative Yoga, alongside guiding Instinctive Meditation, as taught by Dr. Lorin Roche and Camille Maurine of The Radiance Sutras School of Meditation. This non-dogmatic approach celebrates real-world living while nurturing awareness and harmony. Kayla also leads workshops on Ayurveda, Asana alignment, health-supportive cooking, creative writing, and women’s circles, reflecting her passion for holistic well-being and creative expression. Grateful for this path of growth and discovery, Kayla is inspired to help others access their highest potential, abundance, and connection to the divine within.

RYT-300+ Yoga Teacher.  Sound & Thai-Yoga Massage Therapist

Eva, a Mexican-German and passionate yoga teacher, began her journey more than seventeen years ago. Her first encounter with this ancient tradition ignited a lifelong exploration into its depths and wonders. Along the way, she has studied with various teachers and found inspiration in several styles of yoga, including Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and Therapeutic Yoga, among others. Her yoga classes are holistic, integrative, and balanced, ranging from traditional forms to innovative blends with other movement disciplines such as Pilates, Animal Flow, Primal Vinyasa, Cardio, and Functional Training. Eva's main goal is to help her students expand their movement possibilities through exploration, curiosity, and self-awareness. She invites you to reconnect with your wholeness and awaken your intuition through mindful movement. Let’s get flowing!

His personal journey of recovery has inspired a holistic approach to fitness and wellness, combining strength, mindfulness, and healing techniques. Through his sound therapy and breathwork sessions, Jesús helps students achieve emotional balance, mental clarity, and physical vitality. RYT-300 Yoga Teacher, Breathwork & Bodywork for Trauma Integration, Massage Therapist

With over a decade of teaching experience, Vanessa brings a grounded, compassionate, and joyful approach to yoga. Her classes are inspired by Hatha, Yin, Tantra, and Vinyasa styles, uniquely weaving in breathwork, energy work, and her deep knowledge of anatomy to create a practice that meets each student exactly where they are. Her journey into yoga began over 20 years ago as a path of healing and self-discovery during a challenging time in her life, seeking a way to heal and reconnect with herself. This profound experience led her to study Hatha Yoga in India and Thailand, and later, to become a certified Massage Therapist in Germany. She has since worked with people from all walks of life—world-class athletes to those navigating trauma—helping them reconnect with their bodies, balance their energy, and cultivate inner strength. Today, her teaching philosophy is rooted in empowering others to find harmony, joy, and resilience through movement, breath, and mindful self-connection. RYT-200 Yoga Teacher & Dance Teacher

Born and raised in Italy with French and Brazilian roots, she grew up in a diverse cultural environment that shaped her artistic identity. Exposed to global music from an early age, she developed a deep passion for dance, particularly African rhythms. Starting with contemporary dance and percussion, she later expanded into West African, Afro-Haitian, and Egyptian belly dance, eventually embracing reggae, hip-hop, dancehall, soca, and afrobeats. Her unique fusion style emerged through training with renowned dancers in France and performing with rising artists in the soca, dancehall, and afrobeats scenes. Driven by a desire to connect with dance’s roots, she traveled to Egypt, Tanzania, and Brazil, collaborating with local musicians and dancers. Her work blends global influences while honoring cultural traditions, creating a distinctive and expressive dance style.

Breathwork Therapist

Viridiana Velatti is the founder of the Vive Consciente program and the creator of the Quantum Consciousness method. Her journey into Breathwork began with a desire to help clients release emotional blocks and achieve deeper self-awareness. After discovering the transformative power of Breathwork, she pursued certification to guide individuals into profound states of consciousness. Through her approach, Viridiana facilitates the reconnection of body, mind, and spirit, helping participants release emotions and find a lasting sense of calm. Her mission is to equip others with essential tools for maintaining mental peace and tranquility in all areas of life.

Fatima

Healer, Lawyer, and co-birther Founder of Love & Healing Work

Fatima Mann is a dedicated healing facilitator with over ten years of experience coordinating, planning, and guiding transformative experiences that empower individuals to reconnect with themselves. With 12 years of dedicated yoga practice, she became a certified 200-hour yoga teacher in 2017 and further specialized as a trauma conscious yoga instructor in 2019. Alongside her work in healing, Fatima is also a lawyer, advocate, trainer, and facilitator, bringing a multifaceted approach to her practice. Drawing deeply from her own journey of love and healing, Fatima shares the practices that have been essential for her growth—including self-reflection, mindful movement, meditation, breath work, and the power of community. She finds solace in sharing spaces with people who are also on their self-love and self-healing journeys, and she believes that creating a supportive community is key to personal transformation.

Certified Yoga Teacher

Lana Rosa has a deep passion for embodiment and movement and has been teaching yoga for six years. As a holistic therapist, she believes in a well-rounded approach to well-being—one that nurtures the body, mind, emotions, and spirit. With a background in mental health care and personal training, she integrates various modalities to create a practice that is both grounding and liberating. Beyond the mat, Lana finds inspiration on the dance floor or in nature, drawing from its rhythm and flow—just like in yoga. She looks forward to guiding others in movement, connection, and growth.
