1. How do I book a class?
All classes must be booked in advance through our website or app. Bookings must be made at least 1.5 hours before the class begins to ensure your spot.

Yes, we provide yoga mats and other equipment if needed. However, you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer.

3. What is the cancellation policy for classes?
Cancellations must be made at least 6 hours before the class begins to avoid losing your booking credit.

4. Can I drop into a class without booking?
Unfortunately, we do not accept walk-ins. All participants must book their class in advance to ensure availability.

Yes! Our classes are designed to accommodate all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. Each instructor tailors the experience to suit the needs of the group.
