Release from Liability Agreement

This Release from Liability ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Ital Life Wellness ("Studio") and the participant ("Participant"). By booking and attending any class, workshop, event, or private session at Ital Life Wellness, the Participant agrees to the following terms:

1. Acknowledgment of Risks

The Participant acknowledges that participation in yoga, meditation, breathwork, sound healing, and other activities offered at Ital Life Wellness involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, mental stress, and emotional discomfort.

2. Assumption of Risks

The Participant voluntarily assumes all risks associated with their participation in any activity at Ital Life Wellness. This includes any risks arising from the use of equipment, facilities, or premises, regardless of whether such risks are foreseeable.

3. Release of Liability

The Participant releases and forever discharges Ital Life Wellness, its owners, employees, instructors, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, or causes of action that may arise from participation in activities at the Studio. This release includes but is not limited to claims related to personal injury, property damage, or loss, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

4. Health and Medical Clearance

The Participant affirms that they are in good health and physically able to participate in the activities offered by Ital Life Wellness. The Participant agrees to consult a healthcare professional if they have any medical conditions, injuries, or other concerns that may affect their participation.

5. Waiver of Claims

The Participant waives any claim against Ital Life Wellness for injuries, damages, or losses incurred during their participation in any activity, including negligence claims.

6. Property Damage

The Participant agrees to be responsible for any damage caused to Studio property, including but not limited to equipment, facilities, and furnishings.

7. Conduct and Use of Studio

The Participant agrees to follow all Studio policies, rules, and instructions provided by instructors or staff. The Participant acknowledges that failure to comply may result in removal from the activity without refund.

8. Minors

For participants under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must sign this Agreement on their behalf.

9. Media Release (Optional)

The Participant consents to the use of photos or videos taken during classes or events for promotional purposes by Ital Life Wellness. If the Participant does not consent, they must inform the Studio in writing.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Mexico. Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be resolved in the appropriate courts of Playa del Carmen, Quintana Roo.

11. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between Ital Life Wellness and the Participant. It supersedes any prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral.

By booking and attending any activity at Ital Life Wellness, the Participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to this Release from Liability.
