Mom/Dad & Me Yoga

A heartwarming and inclusive family yoga experience! Our Mommy, Daddy, and Me Yoga classes are for toddlers 1 to 3 years old and are designed to nurture bonding while introducing children to the foundations of yoga in a fun, relaxed, and interactive environment. This class is apart of a series of classes that cater to families: toddlers (1-3 years old), kids (4-6 years old), and young adults (7+ years old), with each session thoughtfully tailored to your child's developmental stage. Through playful movements, we introduce the timeless wisdom of Patanjali's 8 Limbs of Yoga, encouraging mindfulness, presence, and connection. We hope you leave each class feeling more grounded, with a deeper understanding of yoga and practical tools to bring more peace and awareness into your everyday life. Ahimsa Flow

Flow in Ahimsa: The Practice of Self-Love, a signature experience offered she offers through Love & Healing Work. This experience is designed to help participants reconnect with their inner selves through intuitive movement, reflective journaling, guided meditation, and breath work, inviting them to embrace self-love without harm. Fatima’s compassionate approach encourages individuals to release what no longer serves them and cultivate lasting practices of love, kindness, and non-harm that ripple outward into their communities.
