1. Validity Period:

• All class passes are valid for the specified duration from the date of purchase (e.g., 5-Class Pass: 3 months, 10-Class Pass: 6 months).

• Unused classes expire at the end of the validity period, and no refunds or extensions will be granted unless otherwise specified.

2. Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable:

• Class passes are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.

• Passes are non-transferable and may only be used by the individual who purchased them. Sharing passes is not permitted.

3. Usage Policy:

• Class passes can be applied toward any regular class offered at Ital Life Wellness unless otherwise stated.

• Passes cannot be used for workshops, events, or specialty classes unless explicitly indicated.

4. Booking & Cancellation:

• Clients must book their classes in advance via the website or designated app.

• A minimum cancellation notice of [X hours] is required to avoid losing a class credit from your pass.

5. Extensions & Special Circumstances:

• Extensions on class passes may be granted in cases of illness, injury, or other emergencies, with valid documentation. Requests must be submitted before the pass expires.

• Extensions are granted at the discretion of Ital Life Wellness management and are not guaranteed.

6. Liability Waiver Agreement:

• By purchasing and using a class pass, clients agree to the terms of the Ital Life Wellness liability waiver. This includes assuming all risks associated with participation in classes and releasing the studio and its instructors from any liability.

7. Pricing and Policy Changes:

• Ital Life Wellness reserves the right to update pricing, pass options, and terms without prior notice. Any changes will not affect passes already purchased within their validity period.

8. Additional Terms:

• Misuse or violation of these terms may result in the suspension or cancellation of your class pass without refund.
